About this product
Professional RIDGID line locator for active, passive and sonde locating, supplied with a hard carrying case. The SeekTech SR-20 combines target-line guidance, signal strength and proximity information to help operators trace utilities and identify signal distortion in the field.
Why choose the SR-20?
- Target line and guidance arrows: help show the line position and quickly flag distortion.
- Signal strength and proximity: provide additional information for difficult or congested locates.
- Wide programmable frequency range: up to 30 user-defined frequencies from 10 Hz to 35 kHz.
- Multiple locating modes: supports active line tracing, passive power/radio tracing and sonde locating.
- Portable: approximately 1.6 kg and supplied with a protective carrying case.
Frequencies
- Active line trace: 128 Hz, 1 kHz, 8 kHz and 33 kHz
- Passive power: 50 Hz, 60 Hz and below 4 kHz broadband
- Passive radio: 4–15 kHz and 15–36 kHz
- Sonde: 16 Hz, 512 Hz, 640 Hz, 850 Hz, 8 kHz, 16 kHz and 33 kHz
Power
Runs from four C-cell batteries (included), or an optional RIDGID 18 V professional battery when used with the compatible SeekTech 18 V adapter.
