Starter provides a compact professional van-based system for contractors moving beyond push-camera inspection. The fit-out combines the Cubix 300 cable system, FW90 crawler and Rausch control technology without the scale of a larger inspection vehicle.

Advanced introduces ELKA 600 while retaining the FW135 and KS135 HD inspection platform. The vehicle is designed for larger projects and higher-volume programmes where cable handling and operator efficiency become increasingly important.

Advanced keeps the professional office and vehicle infrastructure of Pro but replaces the mobile Cubix 300 arrangement with the built-in ELKA 600 cable system.

Choosing the Right Inspection Van

The five packages provide clear starting points. The right specification depends on the inspection work, pipe sizes, workload and the way your team operates.

What is the difference between Starter and Core?

Both use Cubix 300, Rausch-Tab and a compact vehicle configuration. Starter uses the FW90 and KS60 HD, while Core moves to the larger FW135 and KS135 HD platform for routine professional mainline inspection. Both use portable power packs.

What does Pro add over Core?

Pro retains the Cubix 300, FW135 and KS135 HD inspection platform but changes the working environment significantly. It introduces a full office fit-out together with two 400Ah lithium batteries, a 3kW inverter, roof-mounted solar panels and an integrated water tank.

What does Advanced add over Pro?

The main change is the move from the mobile Cubix 300 platform to the built-in ELKA 600 cable system. Advanced retains the professional vehicle infrastructure of Pro, including the full office, lithium battery system, 3kW inverter, roof-mounted solar panels and integrated water tank.

What is different about the Elite package?

Elite moves to the fully integrated RCA 5.0 operating environment and combines ELKA cable technology with both the FW90 + KS60 HD and FW135 + KS135 HD crawler configurations. It also includes the full office, lithium battery system, 3kW inverter, roof-mounted solar panels and integrated water tank.

Which van packages include solar panels?

Pro, Advanced and Elite include roof-mounted solar panels as part of their integrated vehicle power arrangement. These packages use two 400Ah lithium batteries together with a 3kW inverter. Starter and Core use portable power packs instead.

Which van packages include the integrated water tank?

The integrated water tank is included in the Pro, Advanced and Elite packages. The water tank has been integrated into the side of the fit-out to preserve the main equipment and working area.

Are the five van packages fixed specifications?

No. Starter, Core, Pro, Advanced and Elite provide clear starting configurations. Vehicle layout, crawler and camera systems, storage, control technology and suitable additional inspection capability can be discussed around the requirements of your operation.

Can additional inspection capability be added?

Depending on the inspection platform and vehicle specification, additional Rausch technology can extend capability into lateral inspection, jetting, pipe-route measurement, larger-diameter inspection and professional survey reporting.
