Compact, high-resolution industrial inspection with a wide choice of articulating probe configurations.

The Yateks M-ADV Series is a versatile industrial videoscope platform designed for inspecting narrow, concealed and difficult-to-access internal areas. A compact handheld control unit, joystick-controlled articulation and probe diameters from 1.7 mm to 6 mm allow the system to be configured around a wide variety of inspection requirements.

Built for Detailed Industrial Inspection

The M-ADV combines compact handling, controlled articulation and specialist probe options for inspection where direct visual access is limited.

1

High-Resolution Imaging

High-resolution cameras and powerful illumination provide clear visual detail for assessing inaccessible internal surfaces.

2

Joystick Articulation

360° joystick control provides precise camera-tip movement when navigating components, cavities and restricted spaces.

3

Wide Probe Range

Probe diameters from 1.7 mm to 6 mm and multiple working lengths allow the system to be matched to the available inspection access.

4

Built for Industrial Use

Stainless-steel camera heads and tungsten-braided insertion tubes provide protection against wear during regular inspection work.

Configure the M-ADV Around Your Inspection

Different probe diameters, lengths, viewing arrangements and illumination options allow the M-ADV Series to cover a broad range of industrial inspections.

Micro Access

1.7 mm & 2.2 mm

Small-diameter probes for applications where access through very restricted openings is the primary requirement.

Compact Inspection

2.8 mm

A compact articulating option for narrow internal areas, available in working lengths up to 2 metres.

General Inspection

3.9 mm

A versatile size with working lengths up to 3 metres and standard or specialist UV inspection configurations available.

Extended & Specialist

6 mm

The broadest range of configurations, including longer insertion tubes, dual-camera, UV and specialist dual-light options.

Which probe do you need?
Probe selection depends on access diameter, working length, required viewing direction, depth of field and illumination. Rausch UK can help specify the M-ADV configuration around the component you need to inspect.

Flexible Working on Site or at the Bench

Optional support arrangements allow the operator to use the M-ADV handheld or position the control unit while carrying out an inspection.

Portable Setup

Handheld or Supported

Use the system as a handheld inspection instrument or position it on the optional stand when a fixed viewing position is more convenient.

Typical M-ADV Inspection Applications

The M-ADV is designed for non-destructive visual inspection where internal areas are difficult to see without dismantling equipment or components.

Internal Inspection

Components & Cavities

Inspect restricted internal surfaces, cavities and assemblies through existing access openings.

Maintenance

Machinery & Equipment

Assess internal areas of machinery and equipment where dismantling would otherwise increase inspection time.

Quality Control

Castings, Welds & Assemblies

Support visual inspection of inaccessible manufactured surfaces, weld areas and internal component features.

Restricted Access

Narrow Openings

Small probe diameters allow inspection through openings where larger videoscope probes cannot be introduced.

Yateks M-ADV Series FAQs

Key information about probe sizes, articulation, recording and choosing the right M-ADV configuration.

What is the Yateks M-ADV Series used for?

The M-ADV Series is designed for visual inspection inside machinery, components, cavities and other areas where direct visual access is difficult.

It allows internal areas to be inspected through relatively small access openings without unnecessary dismantling.

What probe diameters are available for the M-ADV?

M-ADV probe configurations are available from 1.7 mm through to 6 mm in diameter.

Available working lengths, camera resolution, illumination and depth of field vary according to the selected probe.

How long can an M-ADV probe be?

Working length depends on the selected probe configuration. Smaller-diameter probes are generally offered in shorter lengths, while selected 6 mm configurations are available in substantially longer lengths.

Dual-camera 6 mm configurations are available in lengths up to 10 metres.

Does the M-ADV camera articulate?

Yes. M-ADV configurations provide articulating camera-tip control, operated through the joystick on the handheld control unit.

This allows the operator to direct the camera toward different internal surfaces while navigating the probe through the component.

Are dual-camera and UV versions available?

Yes. Selected M-ADV configurations are available with dual cameras providing forward and side viewing.

UV and specialist dual-light configurations are also available for inspection applications requiring alternative illumination.

What is the difference between the M-ADV and Q Series?

The M-ADV provides a compact industrial inspection platform with a broad range of probe diameters, lengths and specialist camera configurations.

The Q Series provides a larger 5.5-inch HD OLED display, higher-resolution probe options and additional functions including 2D comparison measurement. The best system therefore depends on the access size, inspection length and level of imaging or measurement capability required.
