Industrial Videoscopes & Inspection Systems

Visual inspection and dimensional measurement technology for engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, power generation and industrial maintenance.

Rausch UK supplies Yateks industrial videoscopes for inspecting internal components, machinery and difficult-to-access areas without unnecessary dismantling. From cost-effective routine visual inspection through to high-definition modular systems and advanced 3D dimensional measurement, we can help configure the right inspection technology around your application.

Which Industrial Videoscope Is Right for Your Inspection?

Start with the access available, the probe length you need and the level of inspection capability required — from straightforward visual inspection through to high-resolution imaging, advanced camera control and dimensional measurement.

Routine Inspection

Start with the G Series

For routine visual inspection, maintenance and fault finding where straightforward operation and value are the main priorities.

Explore G Series →
More Flexibility

Consider the M-ADV

For more advanced articulation, small access diameters and specialist configurations including dual-camera and UV inspection options.

Explore M-ADV →
Modular High Definition

Step Up to the Q Series

For high-definition modular inspection with interchangeable probes, a larger display and a wide range of specialist camera configurations.

Explore Q Series →
Advanced Visual Inspection

Move Up to the P Series

For demanding visual inspection where higher image detail, powered 360° articulation and precise camera positioning are important.

Measurement Required

Choose Realta 3D

When seeing the defect is not enough. Realta 3D allows point-to-point distance, depth, area and 3D surface-profile measurements to be carried out directly during the inspection.

Industrial Videoscope FAQs

Common questions when choosing inspection technology for engineering, maintenance and quality-control applications.

What is an industrial videoscope used for?

An industrial videoscope is used to inspect internal components, cavities, machinery and other areas that cannot easily be seen directly.

It can allow an engineer to assess internal condition through an existing access opening rather than dismantling the complete component.

How do I choose the right videoscope probe diameter?

Start with the smallest opening the probe needs to pass through. The selected probe must physically fit the available access while still providing the required working length, image quality, articulation and field of view.

Rausch UK can help match those requirements to a suitable Yateks videoscope and probe configuration.

Do I need an articulating videoscope?

Articulation is useful when the operator needs to steer the camera around internal geometry or direct the view toward specific surfaces after the probe enters the component.

For straightforward inspection through a direct access path, a simpler configuration may be sufficient.

What is the difference between visual inspection and 3D measurement?

Visual inspection allows the operator to identify and document an internal condition or defect.

A 3D measurement system such as Realta 3D goes further by allowing dimensions such as distance, depth, area and surface profile to be measured, providing quantitative information about the feature.

Which Yateks videoscope should I choose?

Start with the access diameter, required inspection length and level of inspection capability you need.

The G Series is suited to straightforward routine inspection, the M-ADV adds greater articulation and specialist configurations, the Q Series provides a higher-definition modular platform, and Realta 3D is designed where dimensional defect measurement is required.

Can I arrange a demonstration before choosing a system?

Yes. Rausch UK can demonstrate relevant industrial inspection equipment so you can assess image quality, probe access, articulation and inspection functions before selecting a configuration.

If possible, tell us what component or access challenge you need to inspect so we can demonstrate the most relevant system.
