30 m compact pipe inspection with 13 mm or 18 mm axial camera options.
The Rausch minCord XL is designed for small-diameter pipes, confined spaces and difficult-to-access inspection points where greater reach is required. Choose between the compact 13 mm KK13 camera or the larger 18 mm KK18 camera, both combined with 30 m inspection reach and a 7" recording monitor.

Small-Diameter Inspection with 30 m Reach
Greater inspection distance without moving to a conventional larger drainage push-camera platform.
The minCord XL doubles the standard inspection distance of the minCord 5 while retaining compact camera options and a flexible push-cable format. This makes it particularly useful where access remains restricted but 15 m of inspection reach is not enough.
With a choice of 13 mm or 18 mm axial camera, the system can be selected around the access available and the type of inspection being carried out.
Choose Your minCord XL Camera
Rausch UK supplies the minCord XL with either the compact KK13 camera or the larger KK18 camera. Both configurations provide 30 m inspection reach, a multi-frequency locating sonde and the same 7" recording monitor.

Both minCord XL configurations provide 30 m of inspection reach. The difference is the camera and push cable: choose the compact KK13 where access is tight, or the larger KK18 configuration where the additional cable diameter better suits the inspection.

What cameras are available for the minCord XL?
Rausch UK supplies the minCord XL with either the 13 mm KK13 axial camera or the 18 mm KK18 axial camera.
What is the difference between the KK13 and KK18 minCord XL?
The KK13 version uses a 13 mm camera with a 30 m / 5 mm push-pull cable. The KK18 version uses an 18 mm camera with a 30 m / 5.6 mm push cable.
Both configurations use the same 7" recording monitor and include 512 Hz, 640 Hz and 33 kHz locating frequencies.
Does the minCord XL have a locating sonde?
Yes. Both the KK13 and KK18 configurations include a multi-frequency locating sonde with 512 Hz, 640 Hz and 33 kHz frequencies for use with compatible locating equipment.
Can the minCord XL record inspections?
Yes. Video and still images can be recorded to Micro SD card, with storage supported up to 32 GB. Inspection files can then be transferred by USB.
What size monitor does the minCord XL use?
The minCord XL uses a 7" TFT LCD monitor with integrated recording functionality.
What is the difference between the minCord 5 and minCord XL?
The minCord 5 uses a 15 m cable and 5" monitor. The minCord XL doubles the inspection distance to 30 m, uses a larger 7" monitor and is available with either the 13 mm KK13 or 18 mm KK18 camera.
