30 m compact pipe inspection with 13 mm or 18 mm axial camera options.
The Rausch minCord XL is designed for small-diameter pipes, confined spaces and difficult-to-access inspection points where greater reach is required. Choose between the compact 13 mm KK13 camera or the larger 18 mm KK18 camera, both combined with 30 m inspection reach and a 7" recording monitor.
Longer-reach compact inspection with a choice of camera size to suit different access requirements.
Greater inspection distance without moving to a conventional larger drainage push-camera platform.
The minCord XL doubles the standard inspection distance of the minCord 5 while retaining compact camera options and a flexible push-cable format. This makes it particularly useful where access remains restricted but 15 m of inspection reach is not enough.
With a choice of 13 mm or 18 mm axial camera, the system can be selected around the access available and the type of inspection being carried out.
Rausch UK supplies the minCord XL with either the compact KK13 camera or the larger KK18 camera. Both configurations provide 30 m inspection reach, a multi-frequency locating sonde and the same 7" recording monitor.
The KK13 configuration is the better choice where camera diameter and access through very small pipework are the main priorities.
The KK18 configuration provides an alternative where an 18 mm camera is suitable and a slightly stronger 5.6 mm push cable is preferred.
Both minCord XL camera configurations use the same integrated viewing and recording system for inspection video and still images.
Both minCord XL configurations provide 30 m of inspection reach. The difference is the camera and push cable: choose the compact KK13 where access is tight, or the larger KK18 configuration where the additional cable diameter better suits the inspection.
Both minCord XL configurations provide the same 30 m inspection reach.
Paired with the compact 13 mm KK13 camera where restricted access is the priority.
Paired with the larger 18 mm KK18 camera for an alternative inspection configuration.
Optional equipment is available to support locating, connectivity, transport and operation away from mains power.
Optional WiFi connectivity can be added where wireless functionality is required.
The optional minLoc locator can be used with suitable locating applications to help determine the position of the camera during an inspection.
Storage and carrying accessories are available to help protect and transport the minCord XL between inspection sites.
A 12 V vehicle adapter and charging accessories are available for greater flexibility when operating away from mains power.
The minCord XL is suited to inspection work where access remains restricted but greater inspection distance is required. The main choices are whether you need the compact 13 mm KK13 camera or the larger 18 mm KK18 configuration.
Choose the minCord XL where small camera dimensions are still important but the 15 m reach of the minCord 5 is not enough. Both XL configurations provide 30 m inspection reach and a larger 7" display.
