Ultra-compact pipe and cavity inspection from 15 mm diameter.
The Rausch minCord 5 is an ultra-compact inspection camera system for pipes and confined spaces from 15 mm diameter. Its 13 mm KK13 axial camera is connected to a 15 m flexible push cable, allowing inspection in small pipework and difficult-to-access areas where larger push camera systems cannot be used.
A compact inspection platform built around access, portability and inspection of very small pipework.
Inspection in very small and difficult-to-access spaces.
The minCord 5 is designed for inspection work where conventional push cameras are simply too large. Its 13 mm KK13 camera allows access from 15 mm diameter, while the flexible 15 m push cable provides useful reach through small pipes, cavities and internal components.
Its compact format also makes it suitable for non-destructive visual inspection where unnecessary dismantling or intrusive investigation would otherwise be required.
The standard system combines the compact KK13 axial camera with the integrated minCord 5 viewing and recording unit.
A compact stainless-steel axial camera designed to provide access to very small pipework and confined spaces.
The integrated display provides inspection viewing and recording directly from the compact minCord 5 system.
The minCord 5 uses a 15 m / 5 mm flexible push-pull cable, providing useful inspection reach while retaining the flexibility required for very small pipework and confined spaces.
Optional equipment is available to support connectivity, locating, transport and operation away from mains power.
Optional WiFi connectivity can be added to the minCord system where wireless functionality is required.
The optional minLoc locator can be used with the 512 Hz locating frequency to help determine the position of the camera during an inspection.
Storage bag and dedicated minCord 5 case options are available for transporting and protecting the system between inspection sites.
A 12 V vehicle adapter and charging cable options are available for operators who need greater flexibility when working away from mains power.
The minCord 5 is designed for applications where access is the main challenge. Its 13 mm camera and 15 m flexible push cable make it particularly useful for very small pipes and confined spaces that cannot accommodate a conventional drainage push camera.
Choose the minCord 5 where you need a 13 mm axial camera, inspection from 15 mm diameter and up to 15 m of flexible push cable in a compact, portable system.
