Compact pan-and-tilt pipe inspection with 40 m reach.
The Rausch mC360 Compact combines detailed pan-and-tilt inspection capability with a smaller, lightweight push-camera platform. Its standard configuration uses the 50 mm SK50 camera, 40 m / 6.7 mm push cable and 7" TFT7R recording monitor for applications where viewing control and portability are both important.
Detailed pan-and-tilt inspection in a compact and portable push-camera platform.
Unlike a fixed axial camera, the SK50 allows the operator to control the viewing direction inside the pipe. This makes it easier to examine defects, joints, connections and other areas of interest rather than relying only on a straight-ahead view.
The mC360 Compact packages that capability into a smaller push-camera system for applications where portability and detailed inspection are more important than maximum cable length.
The standard system combines the SK50 pan-and-tilt camera with the TFT7R monitor, with optional WiFi connectivity supporting the Rausch Viewer App.
The standard 50 mm camera gives the operator control over viewing direction for closer examination of pipe features and defects.
The standard sunlight-readable 7" monitor provides viewing and recording directly from the inspection system.
With the optional WiFi module, the Viewer App provides an additional interface for viewing and documenting inspections.
The mC360 Compact is designed to provide useful pan-and-tilt inspection reach without moving to the larger full-size mC360 platform.
Suitable for shorter and medium-distance pan-and-tilt inspection work.
A compact push-cable configuration designed around portability and practical handling.
Lightweight format for easier transport between inspection sites.
Add connectivity, camera support and transport accessories around the inspection work you carry out.
Optional WiFi connectivity enables use of the Rausch Viewer App for additional mobile inspection viewing and documentation.
Spacers and roller skids can be added to support and centre the SK50 camera when inspecting larger pipe diameters.
The optional Roll-In-Device provides an additional camera support solution for suitable inspection applications.
A dedicated mC360 Compact backpack is available to make transport of the system and accessories easier between inspection sites.
Start with whether you actually need pan-and-tilt viewing, then consider the inspection distance and how portable the system needs to be.
If your work mainly requires straightforward forward-view inspection, an mC30, mC50 or mC80 may provide a simpler axial solution.
