A dedicated vehicle-integrated crawler platform with up to 300 m of camera cable.
The Rausch ELKA 600 is a fully synchronised cable drum designed specifically for professional CCTV inspection vehicles. Combined with the Rausch-Tab and the appropriate FW90 or FW135 crawler configuration, it provides a permanent vehicle-based platform for regular mainline sewer inspection in Full HD.
A purpose-built vehicle platform for professional crawler inspection, combining long cable capacity with integrated handling equipment and Full HD system capability.
ELKA 600 is installed in the rear working area of the inspection vehicle, creating a permanent cable-handling platform for teams carrying out crawler surveys on a regular basis.
The telescopic swivel arm, integrated chain winch and cable handling equipment are built around the practical job of deploying, operating and recovering crawler equipment from the vehicle.
Configure the vehicle around the pipe diameters and inspection work you carry out. ELKA 600 supports the compact FW90 and the larger, expandable FW135 crawler platform.
Compact steerable crawler configuration for professional mainline sewer inspection where smaller pipe diameters make up the majority of the work.
Larger and more modular crawler configuration for wider mainline sewers and operations that need additional inspection and expansion capability.
ELKA 600 works with the Rausch-Tab control platform, combining crawler and camera operation with inspection viewing, documentation and software capability from one removable control unit.
The removable Rausch-Tab provides the operating interface for compatible ELKA 600 crawler and camera configurations, bringing system control, inspection viewing, documentation and software capability together in one unit.
PipeCommander expands the ELKA 600 inspection workflow with structured CCTV recording, defect documentation, project management, reporting and inspection-data export.
Both can operate professional FW90 and FW135 crawler systems. The main difference is whether you need a mobile cable platform or a cable system permanently integrated into the inspection vehicle.
Choose Cubix where the equipment needs to remain transportable or where you want the flexibility to operate outside a dedicated inspection vehicle.
Choose ELKA where the crawler system is being installed permanently into a professional CCTV vehicle and will be used regularly as part of a dedicated survey operation.
Particularly when configured around the FW135, ELKA 600 can form the basis of a wider inspection capability rather than being limited to standard mainline CCTV.
Extend the FW135 into connected laterals and house connections for specialist satellite inspection from the mainline.

ELKA 600 is a fully synchronised built-in camera cable drum designed specifically for Rausch CCTV inspection vehicles. It forms the vehicle-based operating platform for compatible mainline crawler systems.
ELKA 600 can be configured with up to 300 m of camera cable when used with the Rausch-Tab.
ELKA 600 can be configured around the FW90 or FW135 crawler platform. The correct crawler depends primarily on pipe diameter and the additional inspection capabilities required.
The FW90 configuration covers approximately DN100 to DN600. FW135 covers DN135 to DN1600 as standard, with suitable Lafette configurations extending capability up to DN3000.
Cubix 300 is a compact mobile electric cable drum that can also be installed into a vehicle. ELKA 600 is designed specifically as a permanent vehicle installation and includes equipment such as the telescopic swivel arm, chain winch, integrated monitor and work lighting.
Yes. When configured around the FW135 platform, the system can be expanded with the Rausch M-Series for satellite and lateral inspection.
Yes. PipeCommander can be integrated into the Rausch-Tab inspection workflow for CCTV survey recording, defect documentation, reporting and project management.
Yes. Tell Rausch UK the pipe diameters, inspection distances and type of crawler work you carry out. We can help specify the appropriate vehicle, ELKA, crawler, camera and software configuration and arrange a demonstration.
